Book a reading at the hazeltree

Please note that at this time we are overwhelmed with appointments and will be pausing taking on any new clients for a short time. Please send an email to reception@thehazeltree.ca to be put on a waitlist for new clients only.

BOOKING POLICY

(In-person, Zoom, or Phone readings.) The current fee for a one-hour session with Hazel is $230 plus HST for all appointments 

OFFICE OPERATIONS NOTICE

If you cannot attend your appointment, you will need to give us 48 hours (office hours) notice so that it may be offered to someone on our extensive cancellation list. Due to our extensive waitlist to be fair to those waiting, we do not allow substitutions if you cannot keep your appointment. Meaning you cannot send someone else in your place, but we will be happy to rebook you.

Before your appointment, both the booking software system that the office uses, and Kelli will send you a few reminders to confirm whether you will be attending your appointment or not. If we do not hear from you within our 48 hours (office hours) timeframe your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

We do realize that there may be some extenuating circumstances as to why you could not confirm, in which case we will try our best to get you in as soon as we can.

HOW TO BOOK A SESSION WITH HAZEL

Hazel only books one person in her reading room at a time. There are no exceptions to this rule. 

To book a session with Hazel please contact us either by telephone at 519-941-6770 or by email at reception@thehazeltree.ca. Alternatively, you can fill in the submission form on this website and we will be in contact with you. Messages and emails will be returned during regular office hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, Fridays 9 am -12 pm.

PLEASE NOTE that we are currently booking into Summer 2025. We do keep a cancellation list, however, names that are put on this list will be triaged: assessed, and put in order of priority.

All sessions, whether in the office or via Zoom and Phone will be during our office business hours of Tuesday-Thursday...9am-5pm, and Fridays...9am to 12pm.  Hazel is no longer available on Saturdays. No exceptions.

Hazel’s clientele spans the globe and for this reason, we offer Zoom and telephone appointments to our out-of-province and international clients.  All Zoom and Phone sessions are based on our local time zone - EST (Eastern Standard Time) and it is the client’s responsibility to contact Hazel at the specified appointment time.  Payment for Zoom and Phone sessions must be made in advance of the appointment by either Credit Card or e-transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your appointment with Hazel, we require 48 hours (office hours) notice. Should you not adhere to the cancellation policy there will be a charge of $60.

If a message regarding such topics arises, it is strongly suggested that a professional be consulted for your welfare.  Information Hazel receives during a session is intended to guide her clients but should not replace professional diagnosis.

It is Hazel’s personal preference that all of the clients she reads for are over 25 years of age and any exceptions to this are at her sole discretion.

With so many changes in technology, we recommend that you use your cell phone to record your session with Hazel. 

Please note that Hazel cannot guarantee the content of the messages that she receives or that any one specific spirit will come through during a session.

 PRIVACY POLICY

Topics discussed during a reading is private and confidential and is not shared with anyone outside of our offices. Any personal information collected for our files is strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties.

Please respect Hazel’s privacy outside of the Reading Room.  Each day she expends an enormous amount of energy helping people.  We ask that when she finishes her day and enters her personal life and space you do not abuse her generosity and caring nature by contacting her outside of business hours.
